ICTY Court Records Disclaimer
The ICTY Court Records provides internet access to court records of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, including, amongst others, submissions by the parties to the proceedings, judgements, decisions, orders, transcripts and exhibits. Only public documents are made available on the ICTY Court Records database, subject to ICTY's release procedures.
In completed cases and cases pending before a Trial Chamber or the Appeals Chamber, not all documents may be accessible through searching the ICTY Court Records database at this stage. These remaining documents will be made available at a later stage, following completion of database entry procedures. Confidential court records are not available on the ICTY Court Records database.
Further, the ICTY provides no warranties as to the accuracy of the information contained in records available on the ICTY Court Records database and shall bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any errors, faults or omissions in the information. Information on this site may be subject to error or omission. If you believe that any of the data contained in this database is inaccurate, please notify the ICTY in writing. Any persons using the information contained herein do so at their own risk.
Documents obtained from this internet site do not constitute the official record of the ICTY. Only documents directly acquired from the ICTY, and duly certified by the ICTY pursuant to its Rules of Procedure and Evidence, are deemed to be authentic for the purpose of judicial proceedings before international or national judicial institutions.

Preservation of immunities
Nothing herein shall constitute or be considered to be a limitation upon or a waiver of the privileges and immunities of the United Nations and the UN-ICTY, which are specifically reserved.

The UN-ICTY reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any Materials in any respect. The UN-ICTY shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.
The UN-ICTY reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this Site or any portion thereof without notice.
No waiver by the UN-ICTY of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by its duly authorized representative.
